How to fix amine blush the simple way

Here's my relaxed version of what is amine blush and bloom, what it can look like, contributing factors and how to remedy it!

For some reasons sounds simular & can be confused with grout haze...mostly moisture issue, salt, & morter forming white film on top, coming from moisture below. While blush forms from below & above surface i believe. Either way experts say clean epoxy/resin with 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/2 cup baking soda mixed with a 1 liter amount of water....scrub with green pad or 600 grit pad. Polish it back to a shine. Either can return in a wet environment. I've even seen traped moisture in coating taken out with a heat iron carefully with a teflon sheet/pad.

So VERY informative! Thank you. I had the hardest time finding info on the oily slick that I now know is an amine blush. Your tips and fixes give me hope.

Thank you. I couldn’t figure out what I’ve been doing wrong, and coat after coat I kept getting it. Even with washing, sanding, washing, and adding another coat. It would still happen. Prolly the Amazon special resin I’m using. Can I top coat it with a different kind (more high quality) resin?

What about UV resin, wouldn't that cover the amine blush?
