Ever had one of your bike's wheel go pop mid-ride? Ride long and hard enough and it happens to us all. Those humble wire spokes in your wheels take a lot of punishment so they wear out just like the rest of your equipment, even if it's not so obvious as the wear on your tyres and chain.
But with a little knowledge and a spoke key in your saddle bag, a broken spoke doesn't need to be the end of that epic ride, or even leave you wondering how you're gonna get back home.
