Absaloute Garbage the blue ring snapped while I was trying to open it. Suprised as there other products are so good.

How do I unlock the blue ring to replace the diaphragm? I've tried to turn with hand but didn't wanted to apply too much force.

worked for me, but I had to apply force. With bare hands it didn't work, had to use a screwdriver between the blue teeth and hold the rest of the unit firmly with the other hand.

@@mardrosteen I'm also having problems. How much force did you have to apply? I'm concerned of breaking the valve as its that stiff. At current when my toilet fills up its making a very loud screeching sound and filling slowly.

That blue ring won’t budge. A product to avoid as no way of replacing:cleaning diaphragm. A product to avoid.

I managed to unlock it - flushed everything out, cleaned the washer, but now can’t get it to lock back in place. Any ideas?

I f***** Tried and tried and tried for over an hour to unlock and remove the blue ring and it doesnt move, it looks so easy on that video but when i read the comments that many of you already broke it , i wonder if i really want to push so hard. I already used a lot ot power and still not unlocking......ANYONWE , PLEASE GIVE ME TIPS HOW TO UNSCREW AND UNLOCK THIS BLOCKED RING ???????????????
