if you want to be an apple pay user, adding a card to apple pay may be dificult. apple pay may not be working. you may encounter an error showing you that you cant add card to apple pay. apple pay not able to add card is a simple problem that can be fixed. apple pay card not working can easily be fixed, this video shows how to add a card to apple pay and remove the apple card not added error. Even I talked with apple customer support for hours but she was not able to solve this and told me it is not working for software issues, update the software asap it will work then. 12 years ago I had the same issue with the apps I purchased in another region and it didn't work anymore when migrated. Totally forgotten this is how Apple control our security by monitoring where we are. Not bad! Next time when u can't do something anymore, check you're in the right region! Thanks for tips.

To anyone still trying to solve this, this is what i did: -added the card from settings, apple id, payment and shipping -changed the region to where im from -deleted and reinstalled wallet app -Went to the wallet app and there the card was in the “previous cards” section From there just follow the authentication steps and the card will be added, in my case any way. Hope this helps
