Has anyone else had success with mouth taping at night? I had the worst taste and odor until i starting mouth taping. My dentist said that my gums are inflamed due to mouth breathing and I would constantly wake up with dry mouth needing water and now i wake up with way less bad taste and smell.

Ma'am !! Please listen to my porblem !! Everyday I brush my teeth properly then clean my tongue !! After every meal I wash my mouth properly !! I know I have no bad breathe !! But I have a lack of confidence !! Means I have a fear that maybe someone besides me if get bed odour from my mouth what he / she will thought about me !! They will laugh at me !! And many more prestigious lacking thoughts fears !! Ma'am I know I had no bad breathe but I get always demotivated to go close to someone , i have fear without any reason !! 10 cloves 5 bay leaves 1 bottle boil and cool. good for 7 days drink 1/3 cup at night and morning do this for 3 months. ( I still do this from time to time) I learn this from African lady She said people are putting this curse on people lately I also went to Dr and found out I had hernia in my throat, heart burn that keep particles from food weeks at a time in my throat, and it use to rotten..YES! I had the small hernia removed starting drinking this , did it for 3 months and no more bad breath and prayed and fasted. Worth a try!
