If the bearings are going to be reused, I'm not sure I'd use a magnet on or near them. The risk of magnetizing them is too high and then they will attract dirt that wont wash off. Thanks for sharing.

Cassette is already closed, you can clearly see it on the teeth... new cassette costs 15€. It then also makes sense to clean the cone, grease and adjust the new one before remounting the cassette

Bearings can be reused if there isn't a flat spot, taking these apart a bearing will go missing and would have to get new ones, a magnet can be used to set them in and grease over them

Cześć, dziękuję za opinię. Smar do kulek to zwykły gęsty smar do łożysk (Divinol Fett Top 2003), zapadki zostały nasmarowane płynnym smarem do łańcuchów. Nie pamiętam ile kulek jest na filmiku, to było dawno, piszą, że w shimano free running jest 66 kulek, 36 od dołu i 30 od góry, więc od góry jest zauważalna przerwa między kulkami. Być może w Twoim przypadku coś podobnego

DO NOT remove those thin washers willy-nilly. They set the spacing so the ring nut can be tightened securely without binding or rubbing on the moving parts. And the ring nut must be tightened very tightly as it tends to spin loose while riding and can loose the bearing balls.

One tip for using a freewheel remover tool: DO NOT do as this guy, and many others do, which is use a taped offset box-end wrench inside of a pipe to remove the freewheel. Instead, get a shallow-well 1/2"-drive socket and 30"/36" breaker bar. Tasks like removing freewheels from rear hubs are no different than removing lug nuts from a car wheel by hand. Because yes, you need the torque and leverage to break the freewheel loose -- but use tools that are the right tools for the job whenever you can, in situations like these. Because breaker bars and impact sockets will not break under normal use, unless they are made from very, very poor or cheap materials. And buying a breaker bar with an impact socket set, for this kind of work, will last you a lifetime.

Every 2 months i need to change new freewheel because of this problem... any advice how to prevent? i tried 1 set to lubricate everyday, 2 set not lubricating at all... same result it just start skipping at some point, then i just buy new one... i ride everyday 50-60km that is why it breaks this fast.. gets dirt i guess
