How to fix black screen issue on 2015-17 mustangs

My 2017 Mustang was having the black screen (reversing camera, clock settings, & menu still worked) but no radio/USB music would play. Holding the two buttons for a reset didn't work, but popping in a CD worked! Guess it just needed a "wake up call". Gonna keep the disc in my car for whenever this happens. Thanks for the fix, bro!

Pulling fuses 32 and 33 worked for me. They looked fine but when i put them back in that beautiful logo appeared. Thank you so much

so bacl screen happened to me. I cannot listen to radio/media/ CD nothing. My seat belt alarm / beeping sounds different , my auto start doesnt work, ANNNDDD the CEL come on...all on the same day...must be related. Did that happened to you as well?

The cd played for me but the screen never came on. 2 buttons did not work. Pulled fuses 32&33, powered on/powered off, then replaced fuses 32&33. Then my screen came on after starting the car. Thank you.

If you tried all of these then chances are then you probably have to take it back to a dealership. Any Ford dealership will be able to update your sync system. That should fix the issue. If your vehicle is still under warranty then it should be free. If not then you’ll have to pay.
