Hi I have a motorola e7 that have stpped workng. When i start it, i get this message: " Android recovery motorola/malta_reteu/malta User/relese-keys Use volume up/down and power. Cant load android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to see this message, you may need to peform a factory data resest and erase all user data stored on this device. Then i can chose "try again" and " factory data reset". Any solution on this? I really dont want to loose my data.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 tried trying to recover the data from it but the phone turns on but then it will shut off by itself I removed the battery and I did what you said but it still does not stay on well Dr phone fix my device by doing those three steps pressing the volume button and power button I just want to recover photos and videos I downloaded in the past and music maybe apps too

Doesn’t work, and if you realize it doesn’t work then your too late. I paid for 1pc & 5 items. When I saw it doesn’t work I reported it for a refund and instead answered an email. And after that my service was cancelled but no refund.
