How to fix broken Snoo replacing Orings

Hello,
In this video I will show you how to replace the O-rings on a motor shaft of a Snoo. A typical repair that is done when a Snoo is jerky in motion or if a Snoo sled does not move, but you can hear the motor running.

Thanks so much for the video. Replaced my Orings on the barring and the motor shaft on a 2018 model today. Only issue I had was accessing the barring I had to remove the entire board that they are attached to and unscrew them from underneath. I took a picture to help others but don’t see a place to add it :/

Thank you for this helpful video! I’m having speaker issues with my snoo. You mention it is often due to the connection. I checked and those are good. Do you know where I can buy a replacement speaker from? The speaker turns on but sounds blown. It’s making weird sounds

Hi! Thank you for your video. My 2021 SNOO started jerking at level 1 and then baseline. I opened it up and it has large orings that look thick and like they don’t come off? Also the 3 small ones look in good shape. Any ideas?

Please send me a pic of triple orings via IG. Sometimes they look ok but can be worn below normal level which makes it jerk. If not then it will be your bearings.

hello, my snoo keeps on burning the motor orings, they last maybe 1 week max, i have checked all of the bearings and o rins and they all seem to be in good condition, would you know what it might be?

You mentioned that the old and bew snoo models have different o-ring sizes for the motor shaft. I have the older one with the brown sliders. Theres only one motor shaft oring size on your link, 8s that for the old or new? Thanks for the help bro, i was loosing my mind

I found a universal oring. And updated the link in my linktree. That oring will work for both.

We have a clip sensor error. Looks like the wire on one side is broken were it was bent - close to the pin head. Is it possible to order a new cable somewhere?

Do you happen to know where I can get the sled bearings from? I have one that's sticky and clicking. Can't find any with the slot for rubber rings..

I can look into it. Should be an easy match if you use measurement calipers to measure the ID, OD and thickness.

Thanks! I can find the bearing size but the slot for the rubber ring to stay in place is something I just can't find.
