Don’t do any of this shit it won’t help for the problem some people get, if ur ps turns off and when u turn it back on says “cannot start the ps4” click download from usb then as soon as it says cannot find usb pull the plug out of the console and turn back on and it’s fixed try it a couple times tho

Your USB cord!!!!!! Change it use a Syning USB cord, the fact that the USB makes the Ps4 controller charge doesn't mean its Syncing, try another USB, keep trying till you get a USB that syncs
