My printer (HP tank 580 series) 's cartridge carriage is not moving . Its stuck .I have rechecked again and again but there was no paper piece in its path . I think the carriage was stuck and couldn't move through the belt . Before this a paper got stuck in my printer , but i have ensured that i removed it . Help

The carriage only moves if the printer is in a printhead error state. If the carriage does not move to the centre of the printer when you open the printhead access door, the printheads do not need to be replaced. Replace printheads only when instructed to by error messages on the printer software, control panel, or HP Smart app. Have you tried the steps mentioned under the video? Regards, HP Support
