Hello! This solution didn't work for me. But I think my problem is different too. I had no sound issues with CoD mobile on my iPad mini 6 - until I used headphones with the adaptor via the lightning plug. After removing the headphones and the plug, everything worked again fine through the speakers (music, videos, other games) ... except CoD! Resetting the game, even re-installing wouldn't help. I am a little bit clueless by now. Any ideas?

The app is fine for me. My problem was as soon as I start a gameplay, everything will mute. For some reason turning on screen record. Started a game and during the game I stop the screen recording. Fixed my issue. Idk 🤷🏽‍♂️ something in the game clicked. Maybe that’ll help.
