Bhaiya mai bhi depressed hu digestion ko lekar..aj 2 sal se bloating, digestion, constipation yesob problem ho rahe. Actually Mai engineering student huu. Hostel Mai reh kar yesob start hua tha.abhi engineering complete ho gya , IT sector Mai Mila.but Santi naahi hai bhaiya ye problem k liye.pura ghar ka khana start kya,egg milk banana Mai allergic problem agya. Mai aj 6 mahina se workout start kya, bohot mehnat karta hu, spicy food fast food chor diya, weight gain bohot kom hua and ye problem bhi nhi gya. Now mentally tut jaa raa hu bhaiya. Please help me 🙏 I want to make fit and healthy body. Mera food workout sob ka upor control aa gya. Phir shi nhi ho rahe😢.
