Thank you for useful explanation! One question, is it ok if skin above brow is a bit wrinkled or it does mean I am doing sth wrong and should work on better position? Thank you and kind regards! 🥰😃🌺

I'm guessing that stretching the skin while putting on makeup has the same negative effect. Thanks for the tip.

My hands/fingers are too short for the wrapping/knuckle in socket and finger on eye brow technique. That's the adaptation for those with shorter fingers/smaller hands? Thanks.

I have been doing these for over 5 years and learned today with this video my hand placement was wrong and believe me i watched and tried to follow your instructions in all the videos. I can feel it working now as the forehead is the only place at 60 where I have wrinkles and this particular exercise is big. Thank-you

you look really amazing. i know some of it's great lighting but your face! no botox! no fillers! no surgery! gor - ge - ous! looking in the mirror is key. realized doing this exercise i was wrinkling my forehead- not between my eyes but further up.

thanks so much Janis, yes, the lights help, but, you can clearly see the fitness of my facial muscles. And yes, you must look in the mirror sometimes when doing the exercises! 💖

Thank you for the video Peta. I have ptosis in one eye . I want to correct that. But can I follow this video only or do I have to do the full face routine.. I feel like I don't need to do the other exercises as I don't have those problems. I am 20. Please suggest me something

Hi there. Did you take down the videos that had the series 1 and 2 all inclusive it was like 15 min and it was 4 or 5 dif exercises. ? They aren’t on your channel anymore
@facerobics2 жыл бұрын
Hi Gina, I moved the EAWMe videos into the membership site, and have left Series 1, level 1 and the playlists on the channel so that people can still follow the program.

Hi Peta, just a question, do your ewms cover every area of the face? For example this series doesn't include the hollow eyes exercise but would you say the exercises included in your series benefit the whole face? I hope this makes sense and thank you once again for your kindness and hard work 💜
@facerobics2 жыл бұрын
Hi Thaiyba, I am sorry you cannot add or change the exercise routines in any of the series. The hollow eye exercise is in a series 6, so just work your way through the routines as advised. You will gain benefit from doing all the series, it makes no difference what area you wish to work on, because all of the exercises in all of the series will exercise your whole face. Just follow the program exactly and you will see the changes over time 💖

Are droopy eye lids the same thing as hooded eyes? I have hooded eyes, meaning you cannot see my upper eye lid. According to facial aesthetics this is a good thing. I have so called "hunter eyes." My brow is heavy and prominent, making my eyes deep set and almond shaped. I also have a dark, full eyebrow with a good curve to it. All of this is good although I have dreadful bags these days due to sleep issues. Then there's the canthal tilt, which is neutral at best and negative at worst. A negative tilt occurs when I am tired or feeling stressed, sad or depressed. It looks awful! I guess what I'm asking is, will this exercise lift my eye corner only, giving me positive canthal tilt and making my eyes look bright and healthy?

So it shouldn't hurt at all? I used to do these but stopped because it was so uncomfortable.
@facerobics2 жыл бұрын
Hi Katharine, possibly you are using too much muscle effort. Sometimes at first it can a bit because the muscles are not used to being exercised, but, over time that will cease
