Thanks after install in safe mode, installing ArmA 3 which is took 10+ hours and stuck in 60%, after that just 7 hours and installation working without any problem or stuck again. Thank you very much, you've subs from me now :)

Note that in safe boot choose minimal option not network option...any way both the two fixing video is 10000% helpful...this is not a spam bot or anything like that. Here's a little bit of context: I tried downloading nba 2k22 from fitgirl repack and when I started the setup, it kept getting stuck at 97.6(even after verifying the bin files). Then I found ur video and followed it step by step including checking files, rebooting with safe mode and making sure of the compatibility. Still, it kept getting stuck at 97.6 percent. Do you have any suggestions as to what else I can do?

bro im stuck in 15.2 % ... im unpacking mortal kombat 11 and it already took 7 hrs...still so much to go..please help... Edit : it actually improved!!!...as there are no works on background..the setup is now comparatively much faster..✨️✨️

Try to close and stop the installation process. Boot into safe mode, enable RAM limiter and then proceed with the installation.
