Great job, don't mind the music at the end but prefer the sound of the gun or you talking during the painting.

great job, yet again, that clear gun does look immense to be fair. i dont use cheapo guns because they are generally crap, seals fail and theyu fall apart in no time. you get what you pay for. im tight tho and im using a pair of devilbiss FLG5 guns for base and clear, which are dirt cheap but put out some fantastic results, for the money. Thanks for posting these really informative videos and sharing your obvious knowledge with us.
@TheHumblePaintSprayer3338 күн бұрын
Thanks you mate, theres nothing wrong with the Devilbliss mate top guns and probably the best value for money out there, Sata is overpriced without a doubt so much more out there for less money, I agree on the cheap Chinese stuff they are probably very capable of putting a half decent coat on but for how long til it starts playing up, plus using water base I bet they will corrode in no time I know with my guns they will spray the same after 500 jobs as they did on the first job

I had a yard/workshop on an estate, we built mine as the others were just carp, nearly all the shops used cellulose. Some came around to look at the gun finish Gipfast 60 lol Back then I painted salvage cars for would hang the parts that bolted on and paint them off I had a 75k btu gas space heater so would get the shop hot turn it off put the extractor on tack them off and "go for it" That bit of heat and a 43 cap moving like a mad man worked a treat. Air fed mask and 3m paint suit I looked like a space man compared to the others lol

Hi Jason, great job as always mate, and thanks for the Shout out !! Just letting everyone else know, the job Jason done for me has come out Absolutely Stunning, and I’m over the moon with it. It was well worth travelling from Northamptonshire, I don’t believe I would have got better work anywhere else. Maybe there’s some computer Boffins that watch the channel that may have a solution to getting the footage back ? Cheers, Vince.

Hi Jason, great video as usual with a lot of good info on how you go about painting a bumper, I like the way you explain everything you do so please don't worry about your ramblings mate as it's all good useful info👌I like my Sata 100b and use it for all my primer work so have the 1.8 for high build and 1.4 for WoW primer, I had a lot of problems getting to grips with the WoW primer application mainly due to me being totally self taught I found I always got dieback when using it but after trying different brands I found the Novol VHS dedicated WoW is really nice👍 I'll be looking forward to seeing your older Sata's on the channel should be an interesting project seeing how they lay the paint🤔I think we all understand that it's not possible to buy all these budget guns to try for your channel mate as you have a reputation to uphold and as you said you cant afford any come backs👍 Sorry again for my long comment Jason, for some reason I just can't seem to keep them short🤦♂😂
@TheHumblePaintSprayer3337 күн бұрын
Cheers mate I love your engagement with my channel so keep the long comments up mate, I myself have had issues with various WoW primers, I was getting die back from not letting it dry enough
@JohnWD40TC027 күн бұрын
Yeah it's strange but I found the WoW primer one of the hardest materials to get my head round but I think I was applying it to heavy, I tried so many different ways of applying them and quite a few different makes I got a bit confused with it all but these days I don't seem to have any problems with it.

Great job, I notice you always set the pressure at the wall to allow maximum free flowing air into the gun, it’s something I’ve just started to do especially with my Satas if not I get a real dry looking clear finish and split fan patterns otherwise set to 7 - 8 bar, is it something you’ve always done? Keep up the good work

Whats your opinion on solvent swell with panel wipe on bare plastic? I always use standox plastic cleaner, wipe on and leave it situation then straight in with plastic primer, its always served me well but keen to save costs where I can of course for me and the customer
