ha hey, flat feet can be pretty too although maybe not as healthy as non-flat feet 😝. Thanks Keith for having very nice looking feet yourself and for sharing the tips! I’m constantly trying to unflatten my feet with exercises like these.

Did it work? Do you no longer have flat feet?

thanks this is helpful. do you have any advice for lateral malleolus pain. i am assuming its becaues of my flat feet. it acts up when i walk around without my orthotics for to long
@thedurablebody Жыл бұрын
It’s hard to say what the source of the pain could be without evaluating you. But a lot of the time, ankle and foot strengthening helps foot or ankle problems. The orthotic most likely holds the foot in the right position. The ankle and foot muscles can also put the foot in a good position too if they’re strong enough

Ofter doing this exercises; within how many days I can expect best results?
@thedurablebody2 жыл бұрын
Hey K Ravindra! It will vary person to person, but if you keep it up for a few weeks, you'll be able to use those arch-raising muscles without having to think about it too hard

This may be a dumb question, but how do I know if I have flat feet?
@thedurablebody2 жыл бұрын
Hey Vivian! Great question! An easy way to tell is if your feet flatten out completely with no arch showing while you’re standing.

Is it compulsory to use the resistance band loop
@thedurablebody Жыл бұрын
Hey ! It’s not absolutely necessary, but it’s helpful to make it more challenging as you get stronger

For how long can one do this
@thedurablebody Жыл бұрын
Once you master the movement, you’ll start being conscious of how your feet are when standing and you’ll be able to correct it right away. So however long it takes to master the movement

Tibio-calcaleal component is showing dense calcification. Ganglion cyst noted from talo-navicular joint space extending medially and displacing Posterior tibialis tendon with mild impingement on the Posterior tibial nerve For the medial part Rest of the underlying bones are showing no evidence of cortical breach .
