1. Search Settings
2. Click Settings
3. Click Gaming
4. Turn on Xbox Game Bar
5. Set Shortcut For Start/Stop Recording
6. Click Close
7. Done! Now use Shortcut to Start & Stop Recording
Method 2
1. Search wsreset
2. Click wsreset
3. Wait For it To Reset
4. Done!
Method 3
1. Click File Explorer
2. Right-Click on This PC or Computer
3. Click Properties
4. Note Down System Type
5. Copy Link:- www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...
6. Open Browser
7. Paste The Link & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
8. Click Download
9. Tick According To System Type We Noted Mine is 64bit
10. Click Next Button
11. Wait For Download To Finish

2. Search Game DVR Config.exe in Google

4. Click GameDVR_Config.exe
5. Open GameDVR_Config.exe
6. Tick Force Software MFT
7. Close Game DVR Config
8. Right-Click on Taskbar
9. Click Task Manager
10. Click Broadcast DVR server
11. Click End Task Button
12. Close Task Manager
13. Done!

1. Search Settings
2. Click Settings
3. Click Update & Security
4. Click Troubleshoot
5. Click Additional troubleshooters
6. Scroll Down Until You Find Windows Store Apps
7. Click Windows Store Apps
8. Click Run the troubleshooter
9. Click Close Button
10. Close Settings

Thanks for the video. Method #4 worked for us with the following additional steps: - Restart Windows - uncheck 'Enable Game DVR (Win+G) checkbox - Restart Windows - check 'Enable Game DVR (Win+G) checkbox Then the recorging started working again. Not sure if both Windows restarts are needed, but it does not hurt.

Broadcast DVR server wasn't among the Task Manager processes but when I started up the game bar after ticking the box, the record function came back online regardless! Thank you so much, I have a game issue I need to record for the developers but nothing was working, now I can finally show them a video of the bug I found!
