How to fix GM airbag error code B0087-05. It’s probably not the sensor it’s the wire loom Silverado

After replacing the sensor in the exact location and having my code still come up this seems to be the next most logical fault point, although I shouldn't have jumped the gun and assumed that it was just the sensor and spent more time looking as opposed to more money guessing, this is going to help exponentially in my diagnostic process. Great video, great repair.

I had a similar issue with an Astro, come to think of it this has happened on a couple of gm vehicles we had.

Great fix. I haven't had that happen in any of my vehicles thus far, but it's great knowing this concern is out there if I see something weird happening down the road. Sorry to hear that Karen is standing people up again. Come on Karen!

Left side rear impact sensor...which door since the airbag is in the column between the front and rear door?
