Hi, I bought new " Fanxiang S880 M.2 2tb " and when i installed it i opened my windows to format it but i couldn't when i click ' right click ' all options are closed ( i can't shrink,format,etc...) and it writes for me " Disk pool" (and my laptop reads it well) Any quickly help please❤...

Probably because the drive you want to delete is where your OS is installed that's why some options are not available.

If your drive has active partition, delete it first and then right click the unallocated drive and create a new volume.
