That wouldn't solve the INP problem. Why? Because Core Web Vitals are grouped support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9205520 the only real long term solution is optimize the website. If you can not optimize the website thoroughly? Consider changing web hosting server to find a faster one if the website loads too slow. Consider changing the website Theme because some themes are heavy to load (and you can most certainly find a simplier, faster theme). Re-Evaluate Website Plugin/App usage and perhaps consider using only the absolutely necessary ones.

What if remove the fade in function in the script ??

You are on the right track Umer, stripping certain functionality that really doens't add real value should be considered for most website. For example: just because a website content management system plenty of plugins/apps to use doesn't mean we should use them. Fade (scrolling tabs) functions may seem like *it looks good* but the real question is *does it improve usability* if it does? Keep it, if it doesn't, remove it.
