There is high chance that you will brick your phone if you reset all the settings. I even tried itunes to update to the latest version. Still, when it reboots to 'hello' page, you still need home button to go to next page. So, be very mindful while resetting the phone. Backup all data first.

if this happened to you dont worry you can get passed the hello screen simply by turning off your phone with only the power off button and turning it back on

@@maqdhoom_ahmed sorry for the late reply, but it explains it in the video where to go in your settings. I’m pretty sure it’s Touch ID or something like that. I forgot most of it because it’s been a while but if that isn’t good then watch the video some more and look at what he’s doing.

Turn Touch ID completely including apps that have requested use of your Apple ID then manually restart your device and make sure your iOS software is updated

@@angelf2856 in the settings app open your Apple ID and see what apps are using it and then go to Touch ID settings and clear the catch and go your safari settings and clear website data,restart manually or update your device and set up Touch ID again and if it’s still malfunctioning contact Apple

@elenaoprea9118 if you don't turn off touch id for wallet and apple and passwo , iTunes, and app store, device unlock included, reset safari and keyboard update iOS if possible or restore your device with iCloudd and overwrite the device catch and delete stuff before restoring and if that's not working book with apple because it may be an issue with the hardware

I have 2 home buttons. I can unlock one but the top button says press to open rendering home button ineffective. Could be part of a larger problem. There are two content providers on my phone at same time They have different fonts and layout. One on top of the other which comes on immediately after I close one Same problem can’t close page without triggering it second account and I can’t turn of one without triggering the other to immediately cancel out instruction on first account. Anyone Fixing Home Button or having problems when you open up your iPhone as of today I opened up one and repaired only the screen as cracked make sure that when you take off home button make sure it doesn’t have some stupid black tape around button if it does remove that from the button it’s self after that screw all screws back in and put phone back together after that should be fixed if not then probably need a new button costs about 7.99

A few times I got lucky as it restarted it automatically wanted a passcode- after that I switched apps by placing finger on left edge of screen and sliding to the center- this helped show all opened apps and would sometimes shrink them. Then I could go to the main screen.
