The auto pressure boost function is only available when the excavator is in auto mode. By default it is not available in precision and economy mode and is permanently on (although not indicated on the EMS) in lifting mode. In auto mode, when the boost pressure switch is closed the 2 stage relief valve, ECU1 o/p 24 (C-27) is energised (according to the logic diagram, K Fig 39. ( T C-31)). This allows a pressure increase in the excavating hydraulic circuit thus generating extra digging force. If the boost pressure switch is seen for less than 1.5 seconds then the 2 stage relief valve is energised until the boost pressure switch is de-energised, then the logic sequence is reset and will allow the sequence to be started over again. If the boost pressure switch is seen for more than 1.5 seconds then the 2 stage relief valve should stay open for a further 1.5 seconds. The valve cannot be re-energised for 9 seconds after the end of the last activation However during travel operation (denoted by the travel pilot switch input) the 2 stage relief valve is energised. If the boost pressure switch is closed when the travel pressure switch is valid, the solenoid will remain energised.

Hi Mr Zaw Min I show Ur channel every time Ur video is good 👍 Can U help me? I have a JCB JS200W Wheeled Excavator Engine won't start! At first, the excavator worked fine, but suddenly the engine speed dropped by itself, the temperature sensor and oil on the monitor also dropped by itself, and the excavator signal turned on by itself, although they did not press. In EMS shows Fault Code - 143 GLW PLG! Then I checked In JCB 4 Servicemaster shows a /Machine Fault Codes/ ECU1 - Active Fault Codes/ 143 Glow Plug Relay open circuit/Comments- Check relay & wiring/Then I checked All Preheat Glow Plugs from engine - it was OK! After that checked Glow Plugs Pre Heat Relay - it was too OK! Maybe on Machine side have another Glow Plug Relay? I don't understand What does it mean)? Can U help me can U give some advise Thank? Thank U very much

@@zawmin8602 HI Mr Zaw Min Yes it's Wheeled Excavator jcb js200w and Engine type ISUZU 4HK1 Common Rail system

@@jenisdauletov1606 Look like engine harness internal faulty problem, most of the harness of isuzu 4hk1 engine are used to be fault very shortly , some OEM harness has problem under 50 hrs even new harness that i ever meet. Change new engine harness and test the problem Sir, hopefully you can solve .

@@zawmin8602 Mr Zaw Min. At the moment we have 14 something thousand Moto hrs. Yes, you are right in some places of Machine side the wiring harness insulation has worn off . Then I will know! and I will check the Engine side of the wire harnesses. But one thing it confuses me. why the Servicemaster 4 gives an error from the ECU1 control unit and not Engine ECM, this is interesting, Thank you for your Advice! and many years of Your work experience. OK I will solve this problem then I will give an answer!

Hi , I see your video and they are very helpful, I have the same issue with my jcb js220. When ever we are going up a hill the machine loses power , we change the fuel filters but problems still there
