Holding the power and volume buttos down together for 10 full seconds really works. Not sure why my phone would not turn back on, because it had a 50% charge and powered back on after using this tip. Thanks!

My Husband's Stylos 6 went black yesterday morning and he tried (what he thought) was everything to fix it. Today I came to YT looking for a miracle before he went and purchased a whole new phone. As I was watching your video I asked him if he had tried pushing the down and power button before. He responded " boo I've pushed every button on this phone". Omg...I been up all night thinking I lost my phone and all information on it. I even went to my nearest AT&T store, where I purchased the phone from, and the store associate, Kellan, was garbage. I got up this morning, like literally no sleep, amd google searched LG Stylo 5+ and this video came up. I tried the first tip you gave and it worked like a charm. Had I not found this video, I would have been out of a few hundred of dollars if not more trying to purchase a replacement. What's crazy is that I got this phone a little over a year ago so I am very concerned to be having issues with it already. Also again the store associate was garbage. He didn't do anything to troubleshoot the problem. I would think working in a wireless store he would be prevy to the information you're sharing in this video. Nonetheless, I will be following up with AT&T to make a formal complaint because we spend entirely too much money on these phones for them to go out at a whim and then have no support from anyone at the wireless companies, such as AT&T. I apologize for ranting about this but I have stressing over this all night. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!

omg i was so worried!! But the second option turned on. I was actually doing that already but not for enough time, as sugested in this video. That happens and it says in the instructions that you can turn it off or rewind it by pressing those two buttons but I was too impatient and I didn't hold it for long enough. SO the 15 sec is SO important!!
