Well Yoni these look way too hard for me. However, some of your others have been also. I will definitely figure out what I can do. I have hip pain from falling headfirst into a 6' ravine 1977. At first I could barely do the forward head posture one. Standing right against the wall ~ barely making it three counts. Now I can lean out from the wall and do 10 counts three times. So I never say never ~ thank you for this video ~ Marilyn

Wow!!! Simply amazing! Thank you for this wonderful video I didn’t realize how inflexible my hips were Dealing with frequent back pain Could my daily bike commute have something to do with it? Roughly 20 km 6 times a week Also very tight quads on my left leg Love your videos

I truly enjoy your videos, Yoni! I have been instructed to doing exercises for my glutes now--with Medial Plica pain and Gluteus Medius pain and weakness. It is so nice to have variety in my exercise regimen. It has been tough to do the leg lift behind, which I have been already doing for a few weeks. It is gradually getting easier.

Great video! I’m currently dealing with a laundry list of lumbar issues, including Modic Type 1 Endplate changes. Would love to see a video regarding the condition & tips for dealing with it. I’m six months in on physical & prolozone therapy & still have very limited mobility!

What can one do if these exercises exacerbate the low back pain?

I would not recommend performing any movements/exercises that cause pain or discomfort. The first step is to determine what's causing your pain. I suggest seeing a qualified practitioner in your for a thorough assessment.

Should these be done daily, or leaving a day or two in between the strengthening exercises?

It would depend on the individual. A person who's recovering from an injury or someone with a low level of fitness may need to take rest days in between when first starting. But I typically have people terminate the sets for these kinds of exercises before they reach exhaustion - this helps ensure they can be performed every day.

I certainly hope not seeing as how these are normal movements for the hip. But if so, you might consider working with a qualified rehab professional in your area to try and restore motion & stability to your hips.
