Hey thank you for the vid! My Roku USB cable broke off at the fat end. So I tried using an Android cable and it did fit, but it showed the low power that you are talking about. Do I need to get a Roku USB or is it another way to use the android cord???

I plugged mine into the wall, and it still gives me the Low Power issue. Never had a problem with Roku products until now.

Exactly. Most ppl wouldn't even be complaining if it simply needed to be plugged into the wall, which is where most Rokus are supposed to go in the first place. _🙄_

Is the USB you're talking about the HDMI cable. I have my router plugged directly into the oulet, it still says Not Enough Power

Don't work, I changed both the HDMI and a new power adapter with more amps and it still does it all the time. Unplugging it works for a short time and then it does it again. It's an electronic hardware problem within the unit from a design flaw. It can't be remedied.

Doesn't work with Rokus power supply either. I ended up using a 2 amp power supply, which promptly gave me the overheated message. What crap these things are.

The creator of this video says he put a link in the description for the power adapter that's not true cuz it's not there it's just for a cable and for the stick and the remote so where's the power adapter said the links in his description can't find it maybe I'm mistaken can somebody help?

I was actually looking for an actual USB tv power fix... because plugging it to wall outlet isn't a problem but I had just positioned my tv not to show cables now I'm stuck with a hanging cable...😑

Anyone who is doing the following and it still doesn't work, reset your roku on the back of the roku device hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds and then just set it up again and it should fix itself. Hope this helps

Our TV is 15 or 16 years old. Are the powers that shouldn't be forcing us to replace perfectly good televisions? Tried all the fixes and nothing worked. If the Roku stick I have isn't working why would a replacement?

This wasn’t helpful at all. Why didn’t you tell how it makes the connection to the television? If I unplug that usb port to the tv, nothing from the stick is connected to the tv. This makes no sense.

i found a way to make it better. Make sure you have it plugged into the wall. When the low power notice shows up. Unplug it, get in car or go to Amazon but a firestick. when that comes unplug ROKU toss it in the trash plut in firestick and back to streaming.. Thanks Roku for nothing
