The belt is intact just keeps popping off the under base causing a horrible churning noise when moving. Think it may just be broken completely as doesn’t stay on. Is there any additional parts to the black band to secure it that could be missing?

The belt for the unit I was working on wasn't black. If you make a video and send me the link, I can give you a better opinion. You can make a video private or unlisted on KZbin and send me the link. If the wheels spin freely without the belt, I would make sure the belt and the wheels don't have any defects. The other thing that could have happened is that the belt stretched out or the wheel spacing isn't correct. Hopefully, that helps! 😊

If it's not powering on at all, I would check the charger and the part that the charger plugs in to first. No start up, typically means no power. I don't recall seeing a fuse in there, but check to see if there's a fuse after checking the cord and the plug in for the cord. I hope this helps! 😊

It sounds like the wires either attaching the power supply to the screen or the power port are disconnected or disconnecting in use. Try to open it up and look at the connections. Unplug and plug them back in. 😊

I don't have a link for the sensors. I'm also unsure on the reset for your model, but most models are pushing 3 of the buttons at the same time, so I would try to do different holds on that & see if you can figure out which sequence works for you. Good luck with it! 😊

If the adjustment arrows aren't working, it was be either a electrical connection issue or a circuit board issue. You could try unplugging and then plugging them back in. 😊

What do you use for the lubricant?

You can use wd40 or any silicone lubricant. Just make sure not to get the lubricant on the sensors. :)

I cleaned all the sensors and the machine still shows the error. I'll try to paint the white. But if the code appears again. What could possibly cause the issue? Where would the resistance be?

You would have to keep the white cover parts off of it and turn it on with everything exposed. If the wheel gets painted and the sensors are clean, something with make some type of noise to help you figure it out. Did you also unplug and replug the wires back in for the control board?

So what happens If I've cleaned the sensors, lubed the white wheels, no issues with white paint wearing.. and still getting error. I did the reset by holding down the +/- mode, and it will move. I can select a mode,but it just moves into that one motion not the requested one.

The only other thing I can think of would be to make sure something is not binding the motion of the machine. If it gets ANY resistance, it will continue to show an error.

I would open it up and look for any loose wires and/or loose connections. Being that it's all of the buttons not working, it's likely one of the wires that goes into the button/panel display. I hope this helps! Good luck with it. Have a great day! :)

Any thoughts on if there is a way to fix the white plastic piece that is attached to the wheel? Mine is broken and is keeping it from moving side to side.

You could either glue it and/or see if you can create a splint to correct the broken area. If the broken area is where it mounts with the screws, you could possibly splint the area with glue and metal washers on both sides. There should be replacement parts available for the unit, as well. I buyed a used mamaroo 4moms but after a month of use the screen just go on half a second then go off nothing work. I opened it open but didnt see any loose wire or something but it go off instantly

You may have a connection issue with the electrical port in the rear of the unit or the wires that connect to the screen. Try to see if there is any movement in those places. I hope that helps! 😀

Thank you for your comment! This could range from an electrical issue, try checking wire connections or the wheel issues. The other thing that may be causing an issue could be the actual board on the machine, but that would be far more difficult to troubleshoot.

@@michellefixit I discovered on the mechanism that goes back-and-forth there should be four little wheels ours only has three one of the wheels is missing and it’s actually dug a hole into the metal if there was a way I could send you a picture I could show you I don’t know if you would think if that’s the problem or not or just another problem

If you take it apart and look at the wire connections, you might find one that's not connected. Else, you could uplug and then plug them back in. Another thing to do would be to check and see if the internals have power. You can see if there is power for the inside by checking for continuity or checking to see if there is power. To check for power, you'll have to buy a power tester, they are about $20 at most home improvement stores, and they illuminate in green or red. Green means no power typically, red means power. If you need a video on how to use one, let me know. I hope this helps. It's hard to help if I can't see the problem or touch it. Have a great day! 😊
