Tells me 20 ping in the lobby, 50 ping in game. I am connected to ethernet and get 5 ping on every game, this game's servers suck.

If you cap your fps watch your ping go down. Mine says 20 in lobby and usually like 60 in game

I literally live in Frankfurt and have below 20ms consistently and I am still getting insane rubberbanding in some matches, worse than anything I have ever experienced in online gaming. Nothing else has connection issues, everything else works perfectly on the same machine except for this game. Netease is either going the cheap route or they just didn't prepare for these player numbers and haven't fixed it yet because this can only be a server issue.

Changing your DNS settings will do NOTHING for latency and packet loss. This guy has zero idea what he's talking about. DNS is what your computer uses to figure out what a websites IP address is. This is a terrible video

I have the same issue just found this video so I haven’t tried out these methods yet, but I also experience server issues where the game just doesn’t connect, or it connects I get on a match and I’m immediately disconnected. The game is great… WHEN I CAN PLAY IT. Which is like 50% of the time. It feels like a dice roll whenever I load up the game

Same issue and they've been no help, they say to go through the fix instructions provided which I have and it only made it worse. I waited about 4 days and came back and it's worse than ever. No packet loss, no ping, when running diagnostics, but for some reason still getting multiple disconnects. Also connected with ethernet, no wifi.
