Also had this problem like 2 days ago.. thought they were broken but now they work pretty well. But I never changed the volume of the "bud" so I don't know why they got lower volume.. maybe they're really broken.. idk

DUDE THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH. FINALLY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO IT. so basically ppl said to just clean them, but when I Listen to music on my computer it sounds louder then listening to music on my phone, so I knew that cleaning them would not fix the problem

All that does is turn the volume up on my phone

Try removing the rubber earbud sleeves and blow air powerful into the metallic grill/filter mesh. This can oftentimes help with one side sounding muffled/low.

This was an awesome find today. My Galaxy Buds+ really sound better now after the fix. I just wish I found out about this video before I returned my new Buds Pro yesterday due to the poor sound quality issue it had --- or so I thought. Anyway,thanks! ✌️

Kickass! I was gonna send these back till I found this. The one thing I had to do though was to hit that switch to allow the touchpad of the buds to be unlocked then I could change the volume no prob.

You have no idea, how much this helps I buy the Pro and it was very low, but when I try my friend Plus it works right off the Bat, so I get the Plus and it very low too and my phone volume is Max ... When I put the buds in they work on both sides. The work without any problem with phone calls. The only problem I have is that when I turn the music on or for example play a video only the left side works. So the right ear bud doe not work with audio (music or videos) o tried different ear buds..same problem again. I reset the phone and the buds. The problem is still there. Can anyone help me??? Not that i know of. Try disconnecting and resetting the earbuds. Otherwise its probably a manufacturer issue.

@@MrIosminiclips Nah I finally fixed mine. The problem is in earwax, you need to take the earbud open and clean it then mine worked like a charm.
