Thank you! I had already tried cleaning the filter. After I watched this I went back and checked behind the filter with a little plastic piece made to pull hair out of drains. Sure enough my daughter's sock and a big piece of a toy? came out. I'll definitely check behind the filter every time I clean it out from now on.

By "behind the filter" do you mean the black rubber housing/piping? I have seen another video where the guy takes this off but you don't seem to have taken it off so was just wondering how you got access that you could pull out the sock etc.

Hi mate thanks you can use a flat screwdriver and use it to wedge off the pump and terminal. Otherwise pull hard you won’t break the terminals

If the washing machine is full of water and I open the filter, wouldn't all the water come out? It didn't come out. The filter seems fine. I had to open the door to get all the water out. Does that mean it's not the pump?

I don't understand why you didn't unplug the drain hose to release any water that may still be in the tub. Upon opening the debri trap if there is any water in the wash tub it will come flooding out everywhere including under the washer possibly the dryer as well (if they are placed close together) and with the smell of the water I doubt any sane human would want the horrid sulfur smell in their home 🤷🏼‍♀️ its such s simple first step to remove the plug to the drainage tube. It could be a few minutes up near an hour before all the water is drained. You told make s video showing this step for sure. In regards to the rest of your video it was fabulous.

Hi, thanks your good video. Our machine gives the same problem. İ check the pump with external electric and it works good. I think while machine washing doesn't go electric to pump then manually i gives electric to pump that works and drain dirty water. After that machine go an so until finish. Do you think is pump good? Or is there a PCB problem?

Thanks, glad you found it. Make sure you reconnected the wiring to pump. If the fault persists highly likely there are coins stuck in the black pipe that comes from tub and also check your grey drain hose make sure there are no obstructions. Also check if your washer has two pumps, you might have changed the wrong one
