How to Fix Seams in Substance Painter

I've been just blurring out height seams for so long and painting around them I can't believe there is an actual fix for this, thanks so much!

Also some sort of seams persisting (particularly seams present on metal chanel) despite triplanar and the mix methode could be visual artifact due to the shading parameter set to low instead of ultra. Thanks for your research and sharing it
