Stiff Hips = Stiff Ribs . Rotational series coming soon? Like cable wood chops personally don’t think nothing works until ribcage and pelvis stacked

Conor please do some more “all in one” or pelvis/ribcage problems for weightlifting/athlete videos with weights or using load. These problem specific videos are great but it doesn’t feel as effective as putting my body under load. I bought beginner body restoration, I think it’s a great program but I’m finding it difficult to bridge the gap between doing ground breathing drills and getting back to deadlifting/squatting/benching 300+ lbs. thank you sir.

Hey Conor, in one of your videos (I don't remember which one) you used an arch pad in someone's shoe. Is there a certain brand you like and usually use? Thanks for all of your content.

What if you are so stiff you can’t get into the 90/90… and the shin that you are supposed to push into to raise your body is really far from the ground….. do you have to manually create space in the hip joint? Massage the fascia?

Is Precision Movement a good channel? I like their easy to follow vids

@@ephelesfrance7006 ridiculously rude. Maybe ask yourself why you couldn’t just let this comment go or you had to be such a jerk when answering

@@ephelesfrance7006 I don’t agree with the comment since it’s under someone else’s channel but fyi - some exercises might be too difficult/intense for some.

I completely cannot do that second exercise. just being in the 90/90 pinches the hip and even putting my full weight in my hands I can’t come up on my front leg. how can I regress this?

Which program features these specific exercises?

In the second exercise, if the front knee (just the knee itself) doesn't want to contact the ground can you still do the exercise effectively ? does that mean your ER is limited and to keep doing it ?

I have the same problem, except it’s not just the knee, my shin can’t even touch the ground :(. What do we do?

Tried both of these. In the 1st I feel nothing in my hamstrings and tailbone doesn’t move off the ground. Second one couldn’t get up even with weight in both hands. Any regressions?

Both sides for the second one? Or only the left side/problematic side?

So stonger hammys keep the pelvis from anterio tilting?
@trivon383119 күн бұрын
yes and the front muscles need to relax at the same time too. so it´s the combination of relaxation and flexion of the muscles

The 90/90 position (2nd exercise) is very hard to get into without major compensations when you are super stiff in the hips, any tips on how to regress this?

Is it the left hip that is being worked on in every exercise? Because in the last exercise the left hip is just “hanging out”. It doesn’t seem to be doing anything?
@careyprins606719 күн бұрын
I have this exact issue and have been doing variations of these exercises. Let’s be clear though. This does not provide instant results. It will take time.
