One of the best teachers I’ve seen easy explaining body mechanics in a way that makes sense. Thank you sir!

Absolutely brilliant video! The concept of 'Opposite Resistance Training' is a game-changer. It's fascinating how this approach can effectively tackle common swing issues like Over the Top, Loss of Posture, and Flipping. I've struggled with these problems for years, and the idea of using resistance in the opposite direction to correct my swing path and posture is something I've never considered before. The use of the Hack Motion wrist sensor to provide real-time feedback and validate improvements is incredibly insightful. I'm eager to try these techniques out on the range. Thanks for sharing such valuable and actionable advice. This could really transform my game!

Just want to say nice job on the lighting when you’re in front addressing the camera. Great content as always.

Awesome video. Appreciate your efforts to help get us on track. I was fortunate enough to be able to play several times a week as a teenager and in doing so a lot of these good swing moves starting coming naturally. Well, fast forward 30 plus years and I do good to play 4 times a month. So now I don't have the feedback on what's working and what's not to be able to self diagnose my issues with my swing. So when you put out content like this which helps me to make sense out of what I should be feeling in my swing all I can say is I have nothing but Love for you brother. There is way too much good and bad golf advice to sort through on you tube and I am thankful I found your channel. 👍

This is good stuff. Get someone to provide the resistance so you can feel the muscles and position. Never thought in those terms.

I think the best advice I’ve watched for all 3 (that almost lead to a shank) is to address the ball at the toe but to concentrate on hitting the inside of the ball. Teeing up the ball with the logo at 8 o’clock, and dotting ball with marker around the ball and then picking the closest dot to 8 o’clock. It’s levitates the over the top and closed face shank and lets the mind focus 🧘 on something simple rather then to many thought at address. Cheers 🍻

Thanks, but I don't think the average high handicapper will ever successfully pull off those moves.
