In this video, I'm going to show you step by step how to fix and realign your uneven shoulders.
If you have one shoulder that is more higher than the other and having difficulty standing straight and up right you have uneven shoulder.
This can cause by :
Bad posture
Uneven hips
Shoulder injuries
Weak muscle in the shoulder
Nerd Neck
This video will show you step by step how to get rid of your uneven shoulder.
The stretching techniques are designed to help you to improve your posture, correct the uneven hips. Repair any shoulder injuries and strengthen the muscles surrounding your shoulder.
Do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks.

Started this routine a week ago. I started seeing results on day 3. My left shoulder was significantly higher than my right (about 3 - 4 inches higher). I took pictures to document the process. My left shoulder is kinda align now with the right. Also, I perform this exercise along with the scolosis and uneven hips video. The higher left shoulder also caused a protruding left rib. This is slowly correcting as well. To anyone who is not sure about these methods, give it a try and be consistent. A big thank you to Mr. Goh.

Hi everyone! In case you’re thinking about doing this, here’s my experience: I have scoliosis and was searching for a back strengthening exercise that I could do daily. Being a skeptic of quick fixes, I doubted that I would feel relief from my chronic neck and back pain. however, Im here on day 10 and I can say that I’ve experienced a significant decrease in my pain! Thank you so much for your wonderful video, Austin! Sidenote: for my fellow scoliosis brothers and sisters, I also do yoga from “Yogi in Melbourne” - also here on KZbin. The coupling of these two powerhouse instructors help me to strengthen then stretch my muscles :)

I already lost my hope on my scoliosis for 5 yrs. I just embraced the fact that I will have uneven shoulder, uneven hips, uneven waist, and embossed back wings. I started doing this for like a week now together with the scoliosis exercise you also have on your channel, and some pull ups and yoga too, and now I can say all those uneven on my body is gone now😭😭😭 I cried when I lean my back on walls and notice I can completely lean now without my one shoulder blades hitting first and when I raise both my hands I noticed that my head is also somehow on center now. 😭😭😭 I cant believe that this will fix my pain for years, I wanna thank you so much for this exrecise, I do hope someone wont lose hope as well like me on what they have right now, trust your self and do put some of your time on this exercise, trust me, you wont feel any pain anymore in the following week. I had thoracic dextroscoliosis is now Im excited to see if I still have this on my next xray. 😍 Thank you thank you😭

Not only did I feel tension release in my shoulders but this exercise also activated the upper back muscles that I have been having a hard time working. I tend to carry extra padding in my upper back/underarm area ..it's typical after carrying four babies 😋 but FINALLY I found something so easy AND effective!!! Adding this to my daily routine.

I can say these simple exercises works for me as the occupational therapist at my workplace has noticed a huge improvement and told me my shoulders are more even now. Before I started doing these exercises, he told me there was a 2 inch difference. Thank you Austin! :)

Oh thank God so it wasn't only my lazy ass that was dying after the exercises; some athletes have had the same experience. I'm sitting here, warmed up like crazy and licking my wounds, but feeling great! By the way, Mr. Goh, huge thanks for these videos. It's my first day, I shall let you know how I get on for sure! And also, I love the part at the end where we pat ourselves on the shoulders. It works as well for the mind as for the body :)

Thank you thank you thank you. My shoulders are so uneven. The muscles in my left shoulder is so tensed and stiff. I thought that it would never be back to normal. But I gave it a try to fix it and it did. I got result for only 1 week.

I have mild scoliosis and My muscles around my neck on my right side would always be tight and I would have really bad back pain . I’ve been doing this for a week now and I can already see some changes. I can already see that my shoulders are on the same height. One isn’t higher than the other. My left front delt is becoming more visible and on the way to become symmetrical to my right in terms of muscle mass. Thanks a lot this really helps, I’ll update my results every week for the next 2 weeks.

My last week kinda didn’t do all that much but my shoulders are definitely even, but I still need to build more muscle mass so its symmetrical. All and all, this was awesome. Thanks a lot

Austin, First of all thank you so much for your videos. I started watching them yesterday after I couldn't handle my stiff neck and shoulders any more. It has been around 3 years since I started to notice uneven shoulders but the pain started to get worse; the last 3 days I started to feel pain in the back part of my elevated shoulder (the left one) , the right side of the neck got incredibly stiff and painful and when I hit home I noticed that my left shoulder was as double more elevated than usual, that's when I saw you video. Immediately after doing the exercises I and even my wife notice that both got even =). It elevated back later but I am sure that with time it will be corrected. I have also started to use a posture corrector but I have noticed it doesn't correct the imbalance but does with the posture.

Hello, Mr. Goh! I have been following this exercise for a few days now & I hope to see improvements in the future days to come. I have a question though, does this help align the spine in scoliosis? I have thoracic dextroscoliosis and my left shoulder is higher than the right and my right shoulder blade is more prominent than the left. I wonder what exercise of yours would work best for my case, considering you also have another video on “How to fix scoliosis naturally in 4 minutes a day”. Or should I do both of these exercises daily? Do you also advise to work more on the weaker side of the upper body, say in my case, the left side to strengthen it so both sides align or it doesn’t really matter? Sorry for asking a lot haha. Hoping to hear from you! God bless!

Yes. You can do both exercises. Do exercise 2 times a day morning before 10 am and evening before 8 pm for 3 weeks.

I Ve been doing exercices from 3 of your videos twice a day for one week now and the pain that ive treated for more than 2 years with RPG is almost gone... i never had real constant results with that... the pain was always coming Back...I Will keep doing the exercices! For those who dont believe, try it for at least one week!!

Still doing all of the exercises I added 60 sec pelvic asymmetry by motivational doc combined I'm getting way better I was bedridden for 4 years and thought I was going to have back surgery on top of it all ty AUSTIN I AM A HUMAN BEING AGAIN

I injured my shoulder two years ago, but full recovery proved illusive and nothing was helping. A physical theropist noted that I had a sunken shoulder and this led me to you. After 4 days of your exercises, there a was great and painful pop in my shoulder. Something realigned. The pain is now gone and the shoulders are even. Magic, and thanks.
