In this video I show you how you can get rid of scoliosis. If you follow this video every day, you will get rid of your symptoms.
Most common type of scoliosis it appears to have hereditary factors, because the disorder tends to run in families.
Less common types of scoliosis may be caused by: Neuromuscular conditions, such as cerebral palsy.
Common symptoms associated with scoliosis include:

Back pain
A rotating spine
Problem breathing

Thank you Austin. My daughter was diagnosed with a mild scoliosis in January this year during medical screening at school. As the specialist who examined her back said that the cause was unknown and there was no known treatment other than surgery, I decided to do some research and found your video. My daughter then religiously did your exercises everyday and on her next appointment on 4th of July, the specialist who saw her said that her spine was back to normal. We were very relieved and grateful that all her effort had paid off. I hope that others will benefit from your exercises as well.

I am 41, and have scoliosis since I was 12. I never had pain before, but four months ago my left side back muscle started to give me much pain. It is the shorter and stronger muscle. I couldn't relax it. I tried some exercises, massage or resting a lot, but it didn't help. I've done your exercise for three weeks now, and pain stopped after 8-9 days. Thank you! I also prayed to Jesus Christ and believe God sent me to your channel. Praise God!

How is it now, are you still doing these exercises and how old are you? I have scoliosis and I've tried these exercises and felt muscles engaging and moving a lot around the spine. Hopefully I'll fix, or at least reduce the curve.

I apologize for the intrusion. I have been suffering from back pain for more than 15 years.,until two weeks ago, no doctor told me that I have scoliosis,I have pain in my right shoulder, spine, ribs, legs, I can hardly breathe .At the moment, I have taken x-rays and after three months I have to go to the doctor to receive the medication. It's been a week since I accidentally watched Dr. Austin video and I tried to write to him to communicate with him, but he doesn't answer me . when I was reading the comments there I learned that you also suffer from scoliosis ,I want to ask when you did these exercises, how did you feel ,did you have improvements, and after how long , Has your scoliosis improved or not , have you received treatment from a rheumatologist ?. please answer me because I am very sick and in great anxiety 🙏🙏.I apologize if my English is not good.. and the last one, thank you if you return my comment 🙏🙏🙏

I’m going to try to do this challenge and keep editing this comment so that I stay motivated Since daily check ins are getting a bit tedious and long, I’ll just do weekly updates Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ I’m already feeling the urge to sit up straight-something I’ve struggled with for a while Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ After one week of doing the exercise, I feel a lot stronger, there’s less tension in my back, and I sit up straight most of the time Week 2: Luckily I haven’t suffered from scoliosis back pain, but I can definitely feel that my back is a lot stronger. I can sit up straight most of the time without feeling tired and sore as per usual. I would definitely recommend this exercise!! I’ll write another update next week and when I get an x-ray Week 3: Basically the same as week 2 Results: I’m so sorry for the late reply, but after getting my x-ray, my spine went from a 20° curve to an 8° curve! I just had a major growth spurt so if I hadn’t been doing the exercise, my spine would have definitely progressed to a higher degree. If I keep on doing the exercise, I will probably achieve a straight spine. I definitely recommend this exercise because it strengthens your back greatly, improves posture, and (for me) straightens the spine!

guys this works !!! I’ve been doing it for almost 4 weeks and my spine looks completely straight now !!!! I had 2 curves And i had uneven shoulders and my right shoulder was higher than my left and it was so noticeable. Now it looks completely aligned and My family had even told me it looks perfectly straight now.Thanks so much Austin 💕

This actually works guys. At first I was skeptical so i took a picture before starting this exercise. After a few months a dramatic improvement can be seen.

i have been suffering from scoliosis for over a year now and i am very shocked to say this but this a actually works! last year, i was diagnosed with scoliosis and my doctor told me to return in 6 months and if the curve worsened, i would be required to wear a brace. i really didn’t want to so i did this out of desperation and it actually worked!! when i returned this year for my check up, my curve reduced and i don’t have to wear a brace! tysm for this video!!!

So I started this on the very first day of quarantine, and although I missed some days in between, a month later my CONSTANT back and neck pain is gone. I am so much more flexible than before, and I cannot thank you enough Sir. @@AhmedAmjad23 Any general exercise can ease the pain. Modalities can relieve the pain. But what caught my attention is you stated "Expensive physiotherapists cannot fix". Im assuming that you didnt go to LICENSED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS to really know enough about your scoliosis. SCOLIOSIS IS HARD TO CORRECT/ RE-ALIGN ESPECIALLY IF IT REACH TO >30 deg angle and if you have mature bones. Most physical therapy treatments can alleviate pain, prevent to increase more angle of curvature, strengthen the weak muscles, and stretch the tight ones. PROPER USAGE OF WORDS IS IMPORTANT. YOU ARE MISLEADING POSSIBLE SCOLIOTIC PATIENTS

I remember seeing this video last year after being diagnosed for mild dextroscoliosis. For 2 months I did this exercise, then I had an x-ray last July 2019 and my spine is back to normal. I got another chest xray last January and its still normal. I'm more than glad to came across this KZbin channel.

Scoliosis, 15 y/o (edit:16) The comments are so positive so I tried. Tomorrow is the last day of the 3rd week and I can say that it is really good, I'll continue this til I achieve the normal spine I prayyyyy :< maybe i'll update soon. Ok, so we've been doing this at work every morning for over a month now and we can all feel a profound difference in our backs. 2 of us have had serious back problems for a while and after a month of doing this every day most of our aches have lessened significantly. i have over 21 degrees of scoliosis. i was diagnosed when i was 12 and i will turn 15 in September. i have been dealing with unbearable pain for years, and not even pilates worked so well for me. but doing what this video says always releases the tension and makes me feel more relaxed so thank you so much ❤❤ please pray for me, i will always be praying for everyone who has it too... hey brother I turned 15 in April and I got x rayed on my birthday (April 16) I got diagnosed officially in April 2023 with a 12 degree curve and I'm about to get another x ray this upcoming October. I got my last x ray on my birthday a yr after I got diagnosed and I'm at a 16 degree curve now. if there's something I can say, then it's that if it's genetic like I have NOTHING WILL WORK. my scoliosis is genetic and I went to physical therapy for 6 months and it either slowed down my progression or did nothing. if it's idiopathic you have a chance of lessening your curve. I wish you the best bro, my growth plates are almost closed (sitting at 5'9 right now) so my worries about it getting worse will be gone then. good luck brother, know that you aren't alone and I am praying for u. all love around here ❤

hi, allow me to share my experience doing this excercise my left hip sank and made about 30 degree curve, so of course i had a higher right shoulder and thicker back on that side too i've download this video and practising it for about 3 weeks now on the first week i felt not much change happened, but what i slightly felt that i breath quite easier fyi i could not take a deep breath on both nostrils, the left side is kinda blocked so i usually run out of breath after walking for certain length but in the second week i completely nocited that i do breath better i sleep better, and i can sit on better posture now, without giving too much effort on my back, which usually hurt while doing it now my shoulder get a little bit even and thiner i can feel my ribs getting in the same line, and the left hip not sunk deep anymore so thank you so much for your help god bless you sir for sharing this once again thank you sorry for my english, i'm asian😁

I had bad lower back pain, was struggling to walk without pain and even sitting was painful. I started your exercises. After day 1 some pain had eased, after the first week half the pain had gone but was more noticeable after driver tractors or lifting. After week 2, 90% of pain had gone. Into week 3, I now have no back pain, my back feels stronger than ever and can lift and drive without any issues. Thank you for your video, this is a life saver.

Thank you for sharing this. I have scoliosis in my lower back and it makes walking for a long time, sleeping, and sitting very irritating and uncomfortable for me all the time. I will do the exercises and hopefully the pain goes away.

@@DasSurikatMine did a little bit and the usual pain i felt did go away months into my daily routine. My rehab doctor recommended it, i dod it twice a day but now so many days i missed. Been a while since i visited my doctor and a year since my last X-rays which showed the very slight positive changes in my spine. Still my shoulders are uneven, my hips as well. But people other than my family can not tell i have this condition.

My Orthopedic said, I needed a rod down my back a little over a year ago. That was not my solution to the scoliosis I developed after hip replacement and working as a CNA before and during the pandemic. It will be 4 years since my hip replacement, and I know I’m still uneven. Doing this exercise twice a day is important to really realign the muscles in the back.

It was 52 at first , after 2 months it became 50 , and i will go back to do another check-up.. San Samman it is getting straighten but i am wearing a plastic thing to reform my back i don't know it's name in english i am from arabic country.. but those exercices helped me to relief and to forget the pain , do it anyways it may can help you too , and am doing yoga and meditation at home it helps a lot and uk.. Got X-ray before 7 days and today again due to pneumonia,but had found scoliosis too .Started doing this video once a day and today another x-ray 🩻 to see the lungs BUT my spine is STRAIGHTER and is so visible I cannot believe this. Austin, you have no idea how you have helped me with these very simple but very powerful technique...I have Cervical Spondylosis...I have had major issues going with the whole of my spine, I have been considering surgery after years of going to specialists...None have been able to help me...My neck n spine has virtually been stuck in one position for months now...I tried every exercise I could find, went to Osteopath but nothing helped...I resigned to the fact that surgery was the only option left for me as I was in agony every moment of every day...Doing this technique very first time I felt something move in my mid spine...For about 30 seconds I found it hard to breathe as a muscle started to adjust itself...Soon it started to settle...I did the technique 3 times yesterday, it has released my upper trap muscles which had impinge the right side of my neck...My shoulders are now free of tension n stiffness, I am breathing g alittle bit better...I had a better nights sleep...I am looking forward s to the next couple of weeks, being more open n flexible...Thank you so much, you have given me my life back...bless you...

Hi Austin, today is day 42 or in other words completion of 6 weeks. I'm very grateful for this exercise and for finding your channel. I do this exercise together with the exercises for uneven shoulders and shoulder impingement. My results so far: - my back muscles are more defined - my back muscles are much bigger, tighter and stronger (I made pictures each 2 weeks) - the uneven shoulders are getting more even little by little - the backpains are almost completely gone. From pain every day to pain maybe once in 2-3 weeks. - I can use my shoulder muscles for much longer before I feel the inflammation I'm very thankful for these exercises and I will keep on using these in my daily schedule. I can't wait to see the results after 12 weeks and will update you then.

@@nabilrise1551 hi Nabil, I'm on day 96 now, I do this exercise together with the exercise for shoulder impingement and uneven shoulders (and lower back pain exercise for 45 days). Before doing all these exercises I always had back pain and tired back and shoulder muscles after sitting a few hours. Since I do all these exercises I can sit much longer periods before I have the same feeling. With longer periods I mean that it really takes 2-3 hours longer before I feel a tired feeling in those muscles. I hope I answered your questions. first time doing this yesterday and it sure did release a lot of tension in my back. my rusty back and shoulder bones popped and started functioning. also helped ease my shoulder and lower back pain. will def add this to my morning and night routine.

My daughter has been doing these exercises for over a month now and also commenced using a brace gradually about 3 weeks ago. Today's x-ray showed a siginificant improvement in the spine from 26 degrees down to around 10 degrees. I have been doing the exercises myself and it's great for posture and strengthening. Just need to ease into it to avoid any strains.

I have doing this for 2 month and stopped 3 year ago, atleast 2 time a day, sometimes i do it, sometimes i don’t, if you keep doing it the pain will go away, it have been probably 6 years, and my curves still on same spot, last 3 month i went to the gym, and people on the gym said my body is now looking good to see now, i don’t know about the curves but the pain already go away since 2 weeks on gym.

@@hommeboy it is getting slightly better. its a slow healing process for me because my scoliosis curve is quite bad. I have 2 curves top on bottom. the top one is starting to straighten already. I recommend u to try it but don't expect instant results.

I’ve had scoliosis all my life. When I was younger the Doc said it wouldn’t get any worse. I just went to the ER yesterday for one thing and the Radiologist told me that it looks really bad. I don’t feel any back pain. I’m very active in the gym. So I’m going to follow up soon and see what needs to be done. I’m going to try this exercise twice a day as well. Praying for everyone 🙏🏾🙏🏾

@@_navodya_6230 I have a C shape. My doc said as long as I’m not experience back pain I’m good. However she sent me to physical therapy so they can show me some exercises that will prevent it from getting worse. Also to help align just a little with my shoulders

Hello Austin, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, these exercices have really helped me: Before I started, my spine had two distinctly traceable humps to the right; one between my shoulders, and one in the middle back. After having done your exercices twice a day for a month, the bump in my middle back is completely gone, and the one between my shoulders is so slight it's difficult to tell that it's even there. I used to be in a lot of pain when sitting for long periods of time, a problem which is also now fixed thanks to you.

I'm a personal trainer. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis about 5 years ago. I was diagnosed by the top ortho and spine specialist in Dubai and all he said was that '' you'll have to do a surgery in your 60s.'' I was not quite happy with his response. I've been suffering from back and neck pain from time to time and none of the techniques I used worked. I saw this video just 2 days ago and decided to add it to my routine. So many positive comments here and they did give me hope. I'm going to do this twice a day for 3 weeks and I will update my progress here. I'm really excited. Thank you so much for this video.

Began doing this on December 1st 2019 @68 yes old. Within day 4, the muscles in my back released and pain I had experienced for 40plus years released. I now do this exercise, along with others on a rotating basis, two,three times a week. At first I did twice a day for three months then began spacing them out. Friends have told me visually, I'm walking straighter, my posture has improved plus I'm not in constant pain anymore. Good luck and stay consistent

What I really want is a surgery, because I had so many struggles and my insecurities keeps increasing...it's so hard for me to tell people that having scoliosis is not something that y'll can take as a joke... I was bullied because of my condition and can't even wear clothes that I really wanted to wear... I never tried fashion trends because I don't have anything (for example; back brace) to help my back gets normal...the hardest part is that our society, my country has this mindset that if someone is different from you, you have the power to make of fun of them and tell them they're abnormal...I wish that will stop...anyways thanks for this sir 🥺💗

I was having a lot of fatigue and tightness in my lower back last night. So much that I was not able to sleep. I did just the first exercise yesterday night and immediately I felt a lot of relief. The tightness and fatigue was gone and I was able to sleep. I am so glad that I found this video. Thank you Austin. I would do these exercises regularly now. I have a request Austin. Can you make a video for tight hamstrings? I have extremely tight hamstrings. My popliteal angle is almost 90°. My flexibility and mobility is affected due to this.

Been doing this morning and evening with DAILY yoga 15-30 minutes a day. I don’t know which helped but I have had less migraines and sciatic nerve pain. Doing this twice and day and daily yoga sounds like a big commitment but after years of migraines and pain, you will do anything to feel better. The combo of both has definitely helped me. My pain was from the left side of my middle back and it would shoot to under my eye and down my left leg.

And yoga seems to help strengthen my back from scoliosis. I wish u healing and good luck!

Do pigeon pose for like 10 minutes daily to stretch that area. Also look up myofascial release on KZbin using a tennis ball. U can help release some of the tension that way. Chiropractor also works but I hated it cuz it’s temporary. I wanna fix it not medicate it

Hello again.😊 I am so happy right now because I really can see and feel the difference. I've been doing these exercises for almost 2 months now strictly twice a day at morning and at noon... and I have no words😍. My scoliosis is on its way to be totally gone and I can't wait to finally say "it is gone". I can sleep better , breathe better, walk better and feel better about my self...My number one reason of my low self esteem is fainting. I went to my doctor on Wednesday September 15 for a pain in my hip. She did xrays and didn’t find anything but told me I had scoliosis, which I have never been told. I found this video online that day and began doing this twice a day. Fast forward to today, 3 weeks later, and I am getting more imaging done to see about pain in hip. This new doctor tells me “Your spine is straight. I don’t know why the other doctor said you have scoliosis.” THIS VIDEO STRAIGHTENED MY SPINE! Thank you!!! I’m gonna do this everyday and give an update in a few months.Three years ago, I was told my scoliosis was stable at 34 degrees and that I could stop checkups but continue wearing my brace. Now that I'm 18, I'm really unhappy with how asymmetric my body looks.

I'm 30 yo and diagnosed with scoliosis. The cause of it is uneven hip (0.8mm). So I've been to chiropractor to first of all fix my leg length (right was shorter), and to correct some disks. However he didn't work a lot on it for the safety reasons. Second - he gave me heel insole of 0.6mm on right foot so I can fix that hip by walking (that should also reduce the curve overtime). Third - I've found this video, going through a lot of comments to check if someone have tried it, did it work etc., and decided to try it by myself. Today is 28 of August 2023 I've just started doing these exercises. After the first round of 5 minutes following you, I felt my muscles being engaged around the spine mostly in mid-top aria. I'll also take a picture from behind now and check it in 3 weeks, then 6 weeks and so on. I'll do it on daily basis 2 times a day and I'll update you guys. Started off with a 60° curvature in my spine before doing these exercises, am hoping to get another X-ray soon to see if there is any difference. Praying that this is working🙏

I had problem with scoliosis since I was like 12 years old or maybe even earlier. Now I am 21 and did this exercises for like half a year, and I seen improvements in the first month. Wish I had discover this earlier. Great job sir 👍.

Thank you so much! This really worked for me. I have had constant lower back and hip pain for a few years. Eventually it got really bad. It hurt to walk, stand, and especially after standing up from sitting. After going through a relationship breakup I decided it was time to start looking after myself and went to get X-rays to hopefully figure out what was causing the pain. You could see the curve and the scoliosis was obvious. The chiropractor said it would never get any better but wanted to schedule me for adjustments at a later time to maintain it and hopefully lessen the pain. After going home and doing research I decided to give this routine a try. The first time doing it was pretty painful. There was lots of cracking in my back, ribs, and what felt like shoulder or collarbone. But after I was done I felt a lot better and had maybe 75% less pain than before. After doing the stretches for about a week or so I no longer had had any back pain. I feel amazing and totally forgot what it was like to live pain free. I’ve now been doing them for about a month and my spine feels straighter and I no longer feel like I’m walking with a slight limp. I want to go for another X-ray to see if I can see a difference but I don’t want another one so close together so I’ll wait. I really hope this works for others like it did for me. Thanks again!

I dont know about scoliosis, but i had bad back pain to the point when i couldnt sleep. And I was quite active, doing cardio and some light weights, but only these exercises helped me with the back pain. Thank you for sharing them!!!

I have been doing this for consistently for a week now combined with a few other shoulder mobility exercises like easy bridge and cat cows , and my mild scoliosis has already disappeared , there is still a very little hump on my right shoulder(which was the higher one) which I believe is gonna disappear very soon . If someone is wondering should they try this or not ? GO FOR IT ! dont doubt it , just stay consistent and you will see results . AT LAST THANK YOU SO MUCH AUSTIN GOH FOR HELPING SO MANY PEOPLE OUT !

I have moderate to severe scoliosis. I did these stretches twice a day for a month. My back felt GREAT after the first week. It still feels great. Thank you, Austin!!

I haven't got scoliosis, but I do get a stiff back from training. This was the first time I've felt fully relieved after stretching. Thanks a million
