guys if u dont have windows explorer then do this 1. click on open with 2. click "choose another app" 3. click on "more apps" 4. scroll down and click on "open with another file on this pc" 5. then u are at "local disk" in ur files. 6. click on "local disk" again. 7. then select "windows" 8. then select the file called "explorer" i hope it worked! if it didnt ask the questions and i will answer
