I’ve followed all the steps in the video and my search is still unresponsive. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

Try Repairing Windows Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restart. Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan sfc /scannow Restart. Windows Updates- Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
