I put a 42 on my Lund 1750 and wish I did the 52. But the nitro has a smaller freeboard measurement so the 42 should be fine.

I know, its actually unbelievable....if I ran that place one of the first things I would focus on is customer service and how to improve it. I had a simple question last week I called in after doing some research online first but could not find the answer. The person who answered should have known pretty quickly how to do what I was asking....they keep repeating what you have been asking and say things like sorry for the wait when they put you on hold which is my case 4-5 times over a 15 minute call than they repeat your question and on and on.....its funny actually. Anyways I found the answer just by clicking through some buttons and told her never mind. I have had a few other calls to support since getting these new Lowrances put on my boat and the results are always the same.....half the time I can't understand them and I just hang up and call again. I had to call 3 times in a row before I could understand someone. And it is obvious that they dont know anything about fishing or what these devices are used for. Probably sit through a half a day training course and have a computer system where they type in peoples questions and try to search for the answer while you are on the phone with them. When they can't find the answer after an hour thats when they send your "case" over to someone higher up in customer service. Ok enough...rant over! I guess what I was saying is I agree and Lowrance could really benefit from tearing down the current way they manage customer service and starting fresh!
