That is a couple issues I continually suffer from: club swinging inside and hips rotating a ton (club swinging under the original shaft plane?). However I do not want my shaft pointed across the line at the top as I already do that as in addition to my hips rotating too far my shoulders also rotate to the extreme (far beyond 90*) . I know some top of swing positions can be illusions caused by a static camera position combined with excessive turn creating an illusion of depth. I'll try the other suggestions in this video, thanks!
