I took mine apart , and took the i take hose (not secured)from the res , and used an injection syrenge to flush the scaly line to the heater, several times, until it backwashed clear.Worked like a charm.

Thank you for the video, very helpful. I have a different problem though, my machine wont power on anymore, mid way it stopped working while pouring the carafe :( .. I opened the entire unit, luckily without breaking anything and i got to the circuit board, used my tester and the power is flowing through, touched all the capacitors too .. I think there is a fuse problem? or something needs to be reset? Could you help?

Check your diode bridge. Make sure you getting DC voltage, whatever it is. I don’t know how many volts should be. Never tested voltage.

When you say "does not work" at the beginning, do you have any more details on what was happening? Mine does not react to the power buttons at all, and I'm about to take it apart thanks to your wonderful video, just want to know more info.

Add water light was ON all the time and plus it was plugged.

Try to clean sensor or maybe sensor bad, also heating element could be getting bad too

How did you clean the level sensor?

You can pull out the sensor and just wipe it off

If you just want to clean the needle you can just pop the small k cup cover off and save you a lot of time.

Use small flat screwdriver
