Thankyou. I’ve just done all of these and they’ve given me instant relief from sciatica pain I’ve experienced for the past month 🙌🏼

I don't have sciatica pain anymore, what I have is numb toes, front and side of lower leg, what exercises do I do for that?

Hi thanks for your great video. I play squash at a competitive level and have been for years. Despite all the strength exercises core, glutes etc etc done religiously over the years i have recently succumbed to sciatica L5 disc issue. Its been 5 weeks of no squash and slowly getting my strength back in my left leg which still "tingles" when i lean forward but with less severity. Moving forward is it best to stop this sport? Problem is during the heat of an intense rally the basic squash movement is a lunge which invariably causes "lumbar spine rounding". Everyone says how bad that is. Yet i have seen many players never suffering from sciatica despite this "rounding" of the lower back during a lunge while playing. Is this just good luck, good genes or have they been doing core work with religious fervour? Please help. I look forward to your reply

Hi Philip, glad you enjoyed the video ! There are many different reasons why certain individuals may experience injury. Unfortunately, it's hard to pinpoint in this specific instance. However, disc issues are definitely something we are familiar with at Backspace. Are you local? Perhaps you'd like to come in for a consultation so that we can discuss further. Take care!
