I can’t download or update free apps I already have for some reason. My credit card is working well but keeps being declined, yet when I add the payment method iCloud asks me to log in just to decline the payment method again and repeat the process.

@@MattEditzzz Yes, mate. It appears in my case the problem was because of a purchase under 0,99 I did in other app. The base and lowest prices in the App Store are always 0,99 and any purchase under that cost (in my case was 0,29) is declined for some reason by Apple, but it appears as a debt in your credit card record and hence the system rejects your payment method and any other you may use until the debt is paid. I contacted Apple Support and they helped me with a call via Skype with one of their employees who helped me canceling the debt and finally fixing the problem.

I just used my card today but for the past week it’s says it has a subscription payment that was declined. I only have one subscription that would cost that certain price but I have access to the subscription material. However, I don’t see a payment on my card transactions for it. Is it possible that it allowed me access to the subscription material but the payment not go through?
