Today's a good day to learn FLARE. Why? Cause it's part of the basics and you should get these down as quick as possible. FLARE is a POWERMOVE that you can do consistently. It's important to really use your legs to kick, otherwise you'll slow down. Mostly in battles in being used as a transition to go into another powermove or make speed to do a blow up. You wanna be able to do at least more than 10, cause if you do 2 flares they gonna look way more dynamic than if you're used to doing only 2.
PS: It will also help your footwork look more dynamic.
