I have never done this before but I thought I would try to show you!! :)

OMG! I didn’t know you could do that. I just flipped my medium crossbody that I’ve had for months and was still so stiff. It was like MAGIC! It’s so soft and squishy now. Thanks for the video.

Thank You!! I made my first purchase, a MB and ended up with a gorgeous Large zippered Canyon. I want to use it as my "horse show mom" bag and it will get many bumps and bruises there. Flipping it just got their process started. At least the bag will look like it knows what it is doing even if this non- equestrienne mom is clueless!

If you're extra brave you can roll, fold and crumple while it's flipped to get pull up and the "lived-in" look. (One of the groupies has a great video flipping a canyon tote I could tag you in if you haven't seen it already.) I did this to my Sedona medium cb and like it enough to wonder how flipping/ rolling might look on my Cognac mini. Can't find a lot so I'm just gonna go for it.
