Absolutely a fabulous video. I've always been and over easy person when I'm in a restaurant but at home I cook with a glass lid so I can watch the yoks and runniness of the egg. After watching your video and brilliant idea to use a slice of bread to get the wrist action I'm going to try flipping the egg like you did it and thanks so much for making the video and also thanks to your wife for her help to show us newbies what it looks like at the beginning. Thank you so much!!

Yes, this was an excellent video. My question is, when I flip, my yolks break and start running and the height of the flip is just like yours. What's with that? I suspect it those damn chickens. It couldn't possibly be my mistake. This can be frustrating for all of us.

OMG, Mrs Einstein's no flip eggs every 10 y old in the east knows how to cook ... you're seriously behind in all kitchen regards . It's sooo shameful you must "teach" adults such ordinary little , trivial tasks
