The Bible says regarding the spirit doing God's will, "the spirit is more than willing". It is the flesh that challenges us, the heart can be evil. lucifer said in his heart "I will be like the most high" his heart was wicked because his mind gave in to pride and jealousy. following the heart is only good if you let God transform your heart. many people have followed there heart and done evil things. so much wisdom in the bible. Also you have said many things I agree with, I just hope you would experience the undeserved peace I have even though I have sinned against my loving creator. God is pleading with us to seek him, he sent jesus to die for us in our place. Please make this decision for the love of your soul and eternity, I would like to see you in the place he has prepared for those who endured through evil, and remained righteous, forgiving, patient, and had long suffering. we must be like Jesus when he lived among his enemies, do not deny him. He is too deserving of your rendering and of your obedience for you too escape the judgements without his forgiveness and mercy. I say this because I love you, not to be condemning

Interesting. When I'm following my heart I feel freedom and a sense of peace or comfort. The fear that exists in that moment is usually coming from my mind, but can be easily quieted by the peace because I recognize the power in the process of following my heart and my intuition. Thanks for sharing:)

I just learned that the heart is actually a spiral vortex muscle that sucks and propells our blood back thru our veins. I find this fascinating. It takes alot of courage to live from a heart centered place. The struggle is real haha.. but totally worth it. I appreciate your vulnerability and humor. I don't think I've disagreed with anything I've head you say so far in any of your videos. When we are children, before we get herded into school systems and brainwashed, it seems we naturally live from this heart centered place. I still remember the happiness I found and felt in the simplest of things before I went to school. It seems if we can get into this place of feeling.. where the soul lives.. we find that there is a beautiful calmness that exists and all the ways our external world may have told us we are "supposed" to be melts away.. whats left seems to be the truth. Us. I have a friend who had a heart transplant and he's never quite been the same. I wonder often what things are like for him now. Does he have two oversouls instead of just his own? Have they been swapped? Hmm.. I wonder. ... ♡

Tuesday Taylor I hope you're joking because he is. he's a humor artist period a satire artist this is a joke. he's making fun of people who do this. So there's some truth to it yet you noticed he talked endlessly in a circle like some people who do this for real. He might have used some terms that might have pointed in a certain direction to some people who talk this way. it really wasn't meant to live your life by it was meant as a joke. people are funnier than I thought they were. And he's really funny and I wish I could go see him but I think I already missed him I needed more warning I had to put money away. and when you go see him it's not at the Yoga Center it's at the comedy club LOL

Okay, so I have had this belief as long as I remember from as young as 19 that I needed to prove myself and become great! But over the years I have met many wonderful people who were happy having less. I couldn't accept having less so I would strive for more. I would never be truly happy. Until one day I decided to drive to the beach (pretty random.) Anyway, I did it! I stood there on an empty beach with a few people and I felt super happy, no stress, no money worries, absolutely felt safe and free. I felt like I could swim into the sea and swim to another island, or just remain and admire the awe of the fresh ocean air, the beach sand, the emptiness of not having to worry about life problems, and I just felt this feeling of relaxation. Almost the anxiety disappeared, it only returned after I stepped back into my car and drove home back to the life I was once living. I realised everytime I feel sad to drive to the beach and I would feel free again. I can't explain what that means too well. You have to experience it for yourself. By the way, since lockdown in the UK, and I've been wanting to go to the beach for 6 months in the UK. I've been respectful to those communities and avoided them. I really "feel" that I need to return and clear my thoughts and feelings. And start a fresh, wouldn't you agree? *Edit: to correct some misspellings.*

Great! You're right on! You may find it helpful to know that most people are disconnected from their heart and can't understand what your talking about. I follow my heart and have written a few books about it. Thank you for noticing the fear that comes with the feeling of expansion/freedom. I hadn't put that together, but once you said it I totally felt the truth of it. Thank you very much! I also love the humble way you share.

After years of living entirely in my head and suffering dearly for it I'm finally starting to understand what it means to listen to my heart and it's leading me to some undeniable but exciting realizations about life and what it could be...Now I'm just trying to work hard and keep as much space as possible for this seed to grow and blossom.

I now know I’m following my heart and when I follow my heart joy follows me! Thanks for the clarification. This is so helpful. Strange, following my feelings seem to get me I trouble. But when I keep my intellect over my emotion I don't make rash emotional decisions. At the same time using my mind can lead me to do things I wouldn't normally do or don't want to do and it and that can be beneficial. Now that I'm older following my heart does cause me to fear myself because the spontaneousness of following my emotions is so risky when you have a lot to lose like your freedom. I really love how you broke this down, it helps me understand the struggle of heart and mind and get a better balance. Subscribed

I get it … I’ve thought a lot about this myself and came to the conclusion that you need both…it’s gets deep and I could get all scientiphilosophical… but it’s how we see things .. which then enters us … through every pore but mainly the eyeball ones… then the whole light and information thing chemicalelectric ( made that up ) signals or hormones then nervous system stuff then our heart n stuff and air , lungs n stuff then we exhale a signature of our intent each moment..and use our heart which gifts us something that allows us to focus our vision and intent …with our mind… it’s not about using the heart and not the mind … it’s about not using your head without your heart… or listening to our heart and using our mind to do that ..can’t fly a bird with only one wing…
