If you force your tennis opponent to commit more errors you will win more tennis matches. In this video, I'll show you how you can force errors off your opponent without hitting harder OR playing riskier shots.
You simply take the ball sooner and take time away from your opponent. They will have a harder time to recover and prepare their next shot in time and on balance.

Also took time of ball after you hit it for that distance. So almost twice what you figure. I’m an engineer.

When should we take the ball on the rise and when should we move back ? I see pros do both. Thanks.

If it's a harder, flat and fast ball I'd try to take it on the rise. If it's a higher, slower bounce, drop back.

Sadly I always hug the baseline. EVERY time I step back I always get short balls I can’t get to…

After being pushed back, make sure to get back to the baseline again.

I’m a 4.0 and I find if I can get the ball just a bit deeper with a bit of topspin it makes my opponent very uncomfortable. They are either behind the baseline or if they are on the baseline then they have to hit almost a half volley, both good scenarios for me. I also don’t have to paint the lines.

Adult beginner here. I’ve been binging your videos and you took me from not being able to make consistent contact with the ball to being able to casually rally in a matter of weeks. Thank you, your instructional videos are awesome.

I make most of my mistakes when the ball flies exactly to me. Because I stop any footwork whenever it does so. Stupid, I know. And it's not forced by any stretch of the imagination. And that's why I tend to lose against pushers more often than not. And despite knowing what's wrong I can't stop it.

@@MeikeBabelTennis I already know that for a long time tbh. Yesterday my hip finally let me play without holding me back, but still the same. Results were not too bad though, I guess I learned how to play out of position over time. And thanks for the motivation.
