Right on!!! It helped me restart my iPhone 8 plus from the white screen with Apple logo after being stuck for hours. Thank you! I can't get it to the other screen tho! Apple Store here u come!!!!!!!

u doin dfu mode wrong first press vol up then down then hold power button after that when screen goes black press vol down and power 5 sec together then release power and hold vol down button another 5 sec then release that as well. there u go. u r in dfu mode. u sayin press vol down and power together and apple logo comes up and still hold together then apple logo disappears after that u sayin release power button and keep holding vol down button wrong...with that u go in to recovery mode...
