I'm not sure, but try to use a memory card which has U3 written on it (minimum 30 MB/sec write speed).

Hello there. We have recently purchased the Mavic Air 2 and are having issues formatting the sd card. While using the app, I have gone to the setting and see under the "camera" section there is an option to format the sd card. However, despite having an sd card in the drone, it will not give me the option to format it. It says there is no SD card. Is there a different way we can format it? Or is there a way to make the sd card readable in the app?

Try to format it on a PC/laptop, my Mini 2's 64GB MicroSD card uses the exFAT file system, and 128 kilobytes as Allocation unit size.
