How many sets of each exercise? Are all the exercises from each part meant to be done in a single workout?
@gariknahapetyan45463 жыл бұрын
@@biggestchinenfan Part 1 for beginners you can practice part 1 every other day for 2-3 sets, it's will ceap your basics and basically after 2-4 weeks you will have enough strength for part 2 (2-3sets) And also at first you can combine part 1 and 2 for each 1 set in one workout . I started like this and after 6 months i can hold solid Front Lever ! There is only one way 💪🏼 You must work Hard Good luck 😉

After watching this, I'm rededicating myself to unlocking this move. I know it takes patience (which is what I lacked over the years) and I plan to use it this time. I may even upload my sessions to KZbin. If anything, I'll return here to post my progress. I'll need a few of you guys and girls to help keep me honest by requesting progress reports lol. We'll see if this works....wish me luck. Thanks for the motivation Chris Heria and OfficialThenX.

Amazing video Chris I've looked strong all my life because I've trained as a bodybuilder but your video's focus so on the core I got to say I can hardly do most of what your doing. Core training is so the way to go,I've started these exercises recently,to bad I didn't start them sooner,I'm 60 now and the shit is no joke,but I'm fine with it,I've been a athlete all my life so I'll just keep plugging away and make the gains as they come,I'm cool with it. Keep up the good work young man,very inspirational even to a old man like me.

Most of the action happens in curving your lower back forward, tightening glutes and contracting abs. Try doing this while standing and trying to touch your toes - you'll find that you'll be able to sink lower. The hamstrings aren't meant to be overly stretched.

I’m a rock climber, only getting more serious now and I climb around V4/5 but I was always really bad at ceiling climbs... in December I learned it’s because my core strength was weak so I just started to try more ceiling climbs, and always failed. Due to COVID, I bought a good hang board and started training in April in my garage. Albeit inconsistent, I was finally able to do at least 1 L-sit for like 5 seconds. I just kept doing that pretty inconsistently and then was able to do L-sit pullups. So from April to June, I couldn’t even do a front lever with tucked knees. Then yesterday, 7/21/2020, I decided to just try a front lever and really just give it my all and I was shocked. I can now front lever and just need to learn to extend my duration

Hey Chris, thanks for another great video ! can you post a video about your schedule? I wanna know how do you combine all the strength trainings (pushing, pulling, legs) with all the skills trainings (planche, levers, muscle ups and so on), how many times a week you're training and how your regular week looks like. Thanks :)

I want to know this too! I'm pretty much lost right now ! I have no idea when to train for skills ?!!

Shachar Ashkenazi I usually train skills as a heavy warmup before my actual workout, I like training the full planche before a pull day workout and front lever before a push day workout bc that way I wont stress too much the muscles Im gonna workout afterwards, hope I could help someway

Shachar Ashkenazi in one of his older videos chris mentions that he trained skill progression 15 mins each day to keep it fresh in his mind and then an hour one day once a week to train the skill. Its his older video with elliott hulse teaching him how to front lever

I can hold front lever with one leg stretched for 15-20 seconds but when I stretch both legs I can't hold it. The reason is I'm 1.92 m tall.

My story also..You can see my routine on channel, holding advanced tuck for 35-40 seconds, doing fl raises, ice cream makers,negatives, I 've tried everything, but still struggling to achieve full FL :). Practicing for more than a two years now and sometimes it seems that I am close and sometimes that long way is still ahead of me. I guess we just need significantly more time. I read somewhere 2-5 years..

@@lordel_mannoo1346 Not at all. I thought after getting straddle planche. And Full Planche 3 seconds hold, I would learn Front Lever faster. But now Im at month 6 and still cant do it. Also I realised that my Full Planche form wasnt even really good. Scapula not retracted. I do continue trading a few times a week but it honestly takes time. Perhaps because I am 185 tall, it takes actually longer than I thought.

Yeah Im training for Full Planche and Front Lever the last 14 months, and still cant do both that well. After 6 months I did hold Stradle Planche And after 9 months Full Planche 3 seconds, but it was a really bad form. Trained 4 months Front Lever... But didnt get it. Now Im back at getting my form better in Full Planche and sometimes working on Front Lever. So 14 months and bad form Full Planche (Hopefully Ill get a good form this year) Then the rest Im solely invest in Front Lever. 10 months to go! My goal was to get both within 1 year. But loos like 2 years is more realistic.
